1. 収集しない情報

開発者は、本アプリを通じて、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、広告識別子、連絡先、写真、演奏したMIDIデータ、学習履歴、音声その他の個人データを収集または開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。

第三者広告、第三者の行動解析SDK、ユーザーアカウント、開発者サーバーへの学習データ同期はありません。

2. 端末内に保存する情報

学習記録、コース進捗、修得レベル、入力・表示・テンポ・メトロノーム・練習設定、選択したMIDI機器の識別情報と機器名、無料体験の開始日を端末内に保存します。

学習記録はアプリ内からリセットできます。設定とMIDI接続先は学習記録のリセット後も保持されます。アプリを削除すると通常のアプリ内データは削除されますが、無料体験の不正なリセットを防ぐため、開始日を端末のKeychainに保持する場合があります。

3. MIDI

Bluetoothの許可はBluetooth MIDI機器に接続し、押鍵・離鍵情報を受け取るためだけに使用します。受信したMIDI情報を開発者へ送信せず、アプリから外部ピアノへ演奏MIDIも送信しません。USB MIDIとネットワークMIDIも端末と利用者の接続環境内で処理します。

4. 音声とマイク

本アプリはマイク入力を使用せず、周囲の音や外部ピアノの音声を録音・収集しません。画面鍵盤の音は同梱音源を端末内で再生します。

5. 無料体験とアプリ内課金

本番配布版の7日間無料体験は、Appleから検証された初回ダウンロード日を基準に判定します。開発・テスト環境では端末内の初回起動日を使用します。

全機能版はAppleのStoreKitとApp Storeを通じた買い切りの非消耗型課金です。購入資格の確認はAppleの検証済み取引情報を端末上で参照します。決済はAppleが処理し、開発者はカード情報を受け取りません。

6. 第三者提供・子どものプライバシー

開発者が本アプリから個人データを収集しないため、販売や第三者提供はありません（法令に基づく正当な要請を除きます）。子どもを対象とした個人データ収集や広告配信も行いません。

7. 改定とお問い合わせ

機能、法令またはサービスの変更に応じて改定する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページまたはアプリ内で案内します。

1. Information not collected

The developer does not collect or transmit names, email addresses, location, advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, performed MIDI data, learning history, audio, or other personal data through the App.

The App has no third-party advertising, third-party behavioral analytics SDK, user account, or developer-operated cloud synchronization.

2. Information stored on the device

The App stores learning records, course progress, mastery, input and display choices, tempo and metronome settings, practice selections, the selected MIDI device identifier and name, and the free-trial start date locally.

Learning records can be reset in the App while settings and the selected MIDI device remain. Deleting the App removes ordinary app data. To prevent improper trial resets, the trial start date may remain in the device Keychain after reinstallation.

3. MIDI

Bluetooth permission is used only to connect to Bluetooth MIDI devices and receive note-on and note-off information. MIDI performance data is not sent to the developer, and the App does not send performance MIDI to an external piano. USB and network MIDI are processed within the device and the user’s local connection environment.

4. Audio and microphone

The App does not use microphone input and does not record or collect ambient sound or audio from an external piano. On-screen keyboard sound is played locally from bundled audio files.

5. Free trial and in-app purchase

In the production App Store version, the seven-day trial is measured from the original download date verified by Apple. Development and test environments use a locally stored first-launch date.

Full Access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. The App checks Apple-verified transaction entitlement information on the device. Apple handles payment, and the developer does not receive payment-card details.

6. Third parties and children

Because the developer does not collect personal data through the App, the developer does not sell or disclose it to third parties except when required by a valid legal request. The App does not collect personal data from children or serve targeted advertising.

7. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when features, law, or services change. Material changes will be announced here or in the App.
